A New Dream Car
If I would have come across a magic wish-granting lamp at any time in the last three years, and I was granted one material possession, I would have asked for a 1994 Audi CS 100 Quattro Station Wagon (Black).
I had one once and I loved that car. And then this happened to her:

After watching many hours of Top Gear, though, I’ve tweaked my wish.
My old car (let’s call her Lucille) had a great interior, handled well on the highway, took turns ok, looked pretty snazzy, held a lot of people and things, but was very heavy and had a somewhat underpowered engine (2.8L, 178hp) for a large ‘sport’ wagon.
My new dream car is the Audi RS4 Quattro Avant. It has a huge 4.2L V8 engine that generates 414 hp, fancy electronically controlled suspension, good breaks, lightweight aluminum fenders and hood, all the interior creature comforts Lucille had (Bose speakers and nice seats), and this one can do 0-60 in 4.8 seconds — and it’s a station wagon!
But they don’t make the RS4 as a wagon in North America …
Guess I’ll keep a lookout for that lamp.
